There are primarily two ways through which you can detox cleanse your body these are explained below.

  • Detox diets:

This is perhaps the most common and widely used detox cleanse method. There are several types of diet and fasting plans that are available, all with one main goal, which is to reduce the digestive systems workload in digesting foods that require high energy and a lot of time. The purpose of any detox cleanse is told that the body is in a much better position to cleanse itself effectively and thoroughly. The different diets juices that are available include the water diets such as the water fast, the juice fast, the cayenne pepper diet, and the lemonade diet. There are also other diets which involve eating solid foods. For the most part these diets involve eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, and nuts, while avoiding fatty foods, salted foods, refined foods, sugary treats and so on.

  • Vitamins and herbal medicine

This is another method through which people can achieve detox and cleanse. For the most part, this involves taking daily supplements that add vitamins to the body hence providing it with increased energy levels and all the essential nutrients and vitamins that it needs to clean out the toxins from the body and sustain itself throughout the day.

It is recommended that before starting any detoxification process one should seek his/her doctors advice whether or not that particular plan is suitable for their needs as well as their current medical conditions.

In this day and age body detox cleanse is becoming more and more important. This is due to the fact that many of the foods we eat are highly processed and contain a lot of chemicals which in turn toxify our bodies. We are also open to toxicity through environmental factors.
